Who I am

I'm Mia.
Not your typical
wellness coach.

I have tattoos, I swear, I've been through it — loss, grief, rebuilding, finding love again, raising two kids, and somewhere in the middle of all of it, doing the kind of inner work that actually changes things.

I have a degree in horticulture and somewhere along the way I realized that people aren't that different from plants. We need the right conditions to grow. Most of us are just trying to bloom in the wrong soil.

I'm a certified ThetaHealing practitioner and Reiki Master — I work at the belief level, not just the behavioral one. Most people know what they should do. The problem is what's running underneath that stops them. That's what we go after. It's not weird for the sake of weird. It works. And I'll show you why.

I'm building this business to run from the road. By late 2027 I'll be traveling the country in a camper, doing this work from wherever I am. I believe you can build a life that actually fits you. I'm doing it in real time.

This is a 1-on-1 container where we go into the stuff that's actually keeping you stuck — the patterns, the energy, the stories you've been telling yourself for years. We use coaching, energy work, and nature-based practices to move it.

You'll leave knowing how to take up space, trust yourself, and navigate your life in a way that feels like you — not a smaller, quieter version of you.

This isn't for people who want someone to tell them what to do. It's for people ready to figure out who they actually are and build from there.
